A Presidential Wreath?

To: Michael Blanch

President Obama is going to be in Ireland around May 22, 2011 and I was thinking it would be great if your committee could write a letter to him and ask him to place a wreath in commemoration of the Hunger Victims at the statues down by the Custom House. This date is close to the official Commemoration dates and can bring attention to the deaths and sufferings of the Irish people.

It would not take much time  and  it would show solidarity with the sufferings of other People who have been oppressed and continue to be oppressed in the world today

American Irish groups should make the same request through the White House connections and members of Congress.
