Auction of Famine Documents

Michael Blanch will attend at the Auction, in Dublin, on the 18th May

Michael and Betty Blanch will also present themselves outside the Auction for an hour before and an hour after with the banner in relation to there being no record of the Irish Famine in the National History Museum of Ireland.  Olivia Blanch says: “The Museum say there are no artifacts – well, wouldn’t these be perfect artifacts?”  The feeling is that the Irish Government should acquire these important documents and make them available for public display.
